This weekend was mostly with Gina. On Saturday, we got a quote for the rentals for her wedding, then we booked her DJ. We got shepherd’s hooks for her wedding at Jo-Ann’s (much cheaper than I thought they would be!), as well as Styrofoam balls to make paper flower pomanders. These will line the aisle for the ceremony.
On Sunday, I came down, and we had an intensive wedding planning afternoon with Gina’s future mother-in-law and aunt-in-law. We got the budget hashed out for what still has to be done, as well as duties for prep the day of the wedding. Organization is key to making sure everything stays on track!
Matt has been sick with a cold, but he went to gaming on Saturday. Yesterday he had homework to do, plus he talked too much at gaming and lost his voice. He is in class today for his sheet metal apprenticeship. He’s been working in LA installing ductwork. This job is supposed to last at least five more weeks, Lord willing!
